If you were to tell me three months ago that I’d be going to the gym four times a week and running 5ks, I’d have never believed it. But now it’s part of my weekly routine, something I enjoy that’s benefiting not only my physical health but also my mental health too.

Harry is fun, serious, knowledgeable and knows when to give you a good kick up the bum if needed! He listens and understands your needs and in return creates a wonderful coaching/ training plan.

Not only have I developed more confidence in the gym, but I have also been able to increase my strength over the past 2 months with the support and knowledge from Harry. The training plans on the app are easy to follow and can be amended when I’m being a pain. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to continuing to progress in the right direction.

Events & Challenges

One of our principles at Just Movin about is to “explore discomfort”.  We believe everybody should be pushing their own boundaries and looking to complete challenges they may never have thought they’d be able to achieve. Setting limitations on yourself is a thing of the past. Running events, mountain hikes, and the 3 Peaks Challenge are just a couple of things we’ve got in store for the team this year.

Yo, what’s happening, people? My name is Harry. I’m the founder and coach here at Just Movin About. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 5 years now. My mission has always been to provide a service that gives people the opportunity to better themselves the right way, breaking away from any faddy diets or unattainable ways of training. Using my experience of working with 100’s of people over the last few years, I appreciate that everyone is different. People have different lifestyles, commitments, and enjoyments. What approach works for one person may not work for another, so making the plan personal and being able to fit around you is key. My coaching approach is to be fun and humorous, but I’m also here to give you a kick up the arse when required and help you achieve the results you want to see.
